This allows you to select and visually see how all the many combinations will come together to build your home exactly how you want it long before we even break ground on your new home.
Third. Once all these major decisions have been made, we will update and finalize your house plans and building agreements, including any necessary price adjustments, to make sure there are no unforeseen budget surprises.
Fourth. Construction of your new home begins. You’ll see all the planning and detail come to life as begin and progress through the building stage. It will become evident to you about our focus on quality and detail as your home starts to take shape exactly as how you have planned.
Lastly, it’s time to move into your new home. We will thoroughly inspect every room with you in detail, ensuring that your new home fulfills your expectations. We’ll explain the home warranty and answer any final questions you may have. Then it becomes official as we hand you the keys to your new home.
